Who we are

Onboardlio is a white-label client onboarding platform currently in development. This website at onboardl.io is a pre-launch waitlist page. When we refer to "we", "us", or "Onboardlio" in this policy, we mean the team behind onboardl.io.

What information we collect

We only collect information you provide directly when you submit the waitlist form. This includes:

• Your first and last name
• Your work email address
• Your company name and team size
• Your role type (e.g. agency, SaaS, consultant)
• Any optional message you choose to share about your onboarding challenges

We do not collect any payment information, browsing history, or device identifiers. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Notify you when Onboardlio early access becomes available
• Send you occasional product updates relevant to the launch
• Understand what features matter most to people on the waitlist
• Respond if you contact us directly

We will never use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside of the Onboardlio team without your explicit consent.

How we store your information

Waitlist form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) and delivered to our team inbox. Web3Forms is a form processing service — you can review their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.

We store your submitted information securely and retain it only for as long as it is needed — specifically until Onboardlio launches and you either become a customer or ask us to remove your details.

Your rights

Regardless of where you are in the world, you have the right to:

• Access — ask us what information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information entirely
• Opt out — unsubscribe from any emails we send you at any time

To exercise any of these rights, just email us at privacy@onboardl.io and we'll take care of it promptly — no hoops to jump through.

If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR and the UK GDPR respectively. Our lawful basis for processing your data is legitimate interest — you signed up to hear from us about a product you expressed interest in.

Third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services:

• Google Fonts — to load typefaces. Google may log the request. See Google's privacy policy.
• Web3Forms — to process waitlist form submissions. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Pages — to host and serve this website. Cloudflare may log basic access data. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other advertising or behavioural tracking tools.

Changes to this policy

As Onboardlio grows from a waitlist into a full product, this policy will be updated to reflect how we handle customer data. We'll always post the latest version here and update the "last updated" date at the top.

If we make any significant changes that affect how we use your data, we'll email you to let you know.
